Our SwitchConnex SaaS platform API enables CoreDial, and soon our partners, to design, develop, and deploy seamless integrations with virtually any 3rd party technology to enable streamlined workflow, and to help take your communication solutions to the next level. We have already developed plugins for applications like Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, and other apps and plugins. Our API integration will also enable third party developers to integrate with their applications, platforms and services to provide increased value to both our partners, and their end user customers.

Partners: Integrating with our API can help you automate your workflow, enabling you to sell, deliver, manage, and invoice under your brand more efficiently and effectively. Access to the API is currently in development.

Partner End Users: We have created several plugins and applications to help our partners to deliver end user capabilities such as click to dial, screen pops, call logging, and presence. The Operator console delivers all this and live visibility into your account or PBX, call control, call parking, visual voicemails and much more.
