Alan Rihm - Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Rihm sets the strategic direction of CoreDial, working closely with the management team on all sales, marketing and operational issues. Rihm joined CoreDial as CEO in early 2005, and has been instrumental in establishing the company as one of the premier Hosted PBX and Business VoIP providers in the United States. Under Rihm's leadership the company has experienced tremendous revenue growth, industry leading customer retention rates and operating gross profit margins. He has also attracted private label CLEC and Interconnect Resellers, and has structured numerous strategic partnerships. Rihm has been a successful entrepreneur in the Philadelphia region since 1995, and has a deep background in guiding Service Providers and software companies to critical mass. Mr. Rihm is a graduate of Drexel University.
Patrick
Mahon - Vice President
of Sales
Mr. Mahon is Vice President of Sales at CoreDial, and is responsible for CoreDial's direct and indirect sales channel growth. In this role, Mahon delivers a consistent, integrated and responsive customer experience through a unified sales and services organization. Mahon joined CoreDial in Q1 of 2009. Prior to Joining CoreDial Pat served as National Sales Director for IP Telephony and Contact Center Solutions (CCS) for Verizon Business. In that capacity he lead a national team of sales specialists focused in these specific disciplines. Prior to Verizon, Pat held several sales leadership positions with Ameritech/SBC/ATT since 1994. In his last role there he lead the direct, indirect and telephone account management sales efforts for the out of franchise territories east of the MIssissippi as the Regional Vice President. Mahon also lead the Datacenter outsourcing and application hosting sales teams at SunGard eSourcing as the VP of Sales. Pat holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Rutgers University and a MBA in International Business from Kent State University.
Kevin McAllister -
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. McAllister has designed, implemented and managed mission critical communications networks for companies including Verio and AT&T. He played a critical role in the design and implementation of a secure communication network for the Government of Algeria's border air surveillance system, while working at Northrop Grumman. Mr. McAllister oversaw the design, implementation and management of a 5000 server data center designed to support one of the largest hosting providers in the United States. He has a background in software development and design targeted toward the architecture of highly scalable systems, and has managed customer support and application development teams. Mr. McAllister is a graduate of Drexel University.
