LNP Provisioning Specialist

Position Overview

The LNP Provisioning Specialist is responsible for processing new and change order requests for local number port (LNP), and toll free port (RESPORG) requests, and other similar activities. The person fulfilling this position must have a proven record of providing high quality, accurate, and timely customer and vendor communications, as well as demonstrate the ability to work well with internal stakeholders. Providing an excellent customer experience must be your top priority.

Software Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented PHP developers who are motivated, enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment, and have a passion for top-notch software development. The ideal candidates will work as software developers on expanding and enhancing our VoiceAxis software platform, adding new features and capabilities, as well as fixing bugs and testing. Candidates will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements and writing specifications, to coding, testing, and deploying to lab/staging environments. Software Trainer

Position Overview:

The Software Trainer is an important team member of CoreDial and is responsible for rolling out VoiceAxis training to all of our customers. This position will work closely with the sales, provisioning, and software teams, and will coordinate in-person and online training for various user types. The person fulfilling this position must be experienced in translating complex technological concepts into easy-to-understand lessons and tutorials. An energetic personality, desire to learn and help others learn and a passion for innovation are required.
